I am Dr. Nicole Scherrer, a veterinarian and MBA candidate with a passion for making veterinary careers more sustainable. My journey began in clinical practice, where I experienced firsthand both the rewards of patient care and the challenges that come with long hours, heavy caseloads, and the pressure to keep a practice financially afloat. Those experiences inspired me to pursue advanced training in business so I could better support the people who care for animals.
