Conducted a comprehensive statistical analysis for a major credit card company to evaluate the spending and payment behaviors of 25,000 Taiwanese credit card customers. Using a two-sample t-test approach, I examined key metrics, including average bill amounts, payment amounts, and credit limits, segmented by gender. The analysis did not reveal statistically significant differences in spending behaviors between male and female customers, providing actionable insights for further testing. Presented findings in a professional report format, supported by detailed pivot tables, charts, and summary statistics. Additionally, created an interactive data visualization in Tableau to enhance insight accessibility for the management team.
